We offer free shipping on all purchases for EU, UK and Swiss Customers. For other destinations, shipping is free for all orders over €800.00.

DHL is our exclusive shipping partner, you will receive your parcel via DHL EXPRESS urgent service. At the time of shipment you will receive a code to be able to track your shipment. If you indicate a mobile phone number you will be contacted to define your delivery preference.

If you are ordering from a country outside the EU, you will be responsible for any import taxes or duties that may be incurred. We are not responsible for any local or import taxes for orders outside the EU.
All orders rejected by customers at the port of entry will be returned to Foulon Srl and any charges deducted from the refund to the customer.

All packages are shipped from our warehouses in Italy within two working days following receipt of the order. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as it is sent to you.

We are currently unable to offer delivery to PO Boxes, APO/FPO.

You can return any product purchased on within 14 days of delivery by following these simple steps:

1. Make sure all products are in the same condition as you received them, in pristine condition, with their original packaging, unused, unworn, unwashed and/or damaged and with all identification tags and seals attached and intact ;

2. Contact our Customer Service by sending an email to: requesting the return of the purchased product. Together with the return authorization you will receive the waybill for the shipment.

3. Affix the pre-printed label to the original box to cover the original shipping label;

4. Contact our courier no later than 14 days after the return authorization. You can book your collection request by calling the DHL center in your country. The courier will pick up your package where and when you want.

Alternatively, if you choose to return your product via a different courier, please inform us by contacting our Customer Service in the manner provided on our Site.

If the returned products do not comply with the above conditions, we will not be able to accept your return and refund your payment.

In this case you can still request that the returned product be sent back to you at your expense and in the state and address in which it was initially received, by contacting our Customer Service.

If you live outside the European Union, you will need to print, complete and attach 5 copies of the "return proforma invoice" received by email at the time of purchase, in the transparent outer envelope.

Foulon accessories, gloves and jackets have been conceived and designed to last, resist and age elegantly.

Please scrupulously follow the washing instructions given inside the garment.
We mainly use organic materials, almost completely avoiding the use of plastics. The leathers, buttons and natural fabrics we use are biodegradable and compatible with the environment. The metal parts can be easily recycled once disassembled.

Accidents happen: an impossible stain, a zip that comes undone, a tear in the lining. Contact us by mail at to find out what we can do in case of damage or repairs.

We only use natural fabrics for our garments, including linings. We recommend that you scrupulously follow the washing instructions on the internal label of the product and contact us in case of doubts or need for assistance.
