Tips for caring for your jacket

Leather jackets

Leather is a resistant and long-lasting material, but at the same time delicate, which needs special attention. If respected, it will accompany you for a long time, acquiring that patina that will make your garment even more exclusive.

Furthermore, each hide has specific peculiarities: so we invite you not to clean it at home, but to make use of specialized services.

Avoid contact with liquids, leather is a material that is not waterproof. If necessary, remove the water on the surface with a clean towel without dabbing and let the garment dry in a dry space away from direct heat sources.

The tanned leather is affected by the incidence of direct light, modifying the colour, so please be careful not to expose your garment for a long time.

Suede Leathers:

Our leathers are equipped with an anti-drop treatment which, although it does not make the leather waterproof, does protect it from the action of water. This treatment decays over time but can be renewed with specific products for professional use.

For periodic cleaning, use only a specific brush for suede garments. Work the garment gently to remove the dust and restore the suede qualities.

Plongé leather:
The plongé treatment is much more fragile than nappa which has an extra layer of protection. As a direct consequence of the fragility of the leather, maintenance will be more delicate.
Do not use conventional cleaning products, the application of which can lead to the appearance of spots or halos on the skin.


Tips for caring for your gloves

Deerskin: You can periodically clean your gloves by gently using a damp cloth. In the event of grease or oil stains, we advise you to apply talcum powder immediately to minimize the damage.

Peccary skin: peccary skin, unlike all the others, is washable. Hand wash only using a quality neutral soap and leave to dry in a dry and ventilated place away from heat sources. Any metal parts such as buttons must be preserved to avoid deterioration.

DELIVERY DETAILS

DHL is our exclusive shipping partner, you will receive your parcel via DHL EXPRESS urgent service. At the time of shipment you will receive a code to be able to track your package until delivery. If you provide your mobile phone number, you will be contacted to define your delivery preferences.

DELIVERY TIME

All packages are shipped from our warehouses in Italy within 24/48 hours of receiving the order. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as it is sent to you.

AVERAGE DELIVERY TIMES

Europe: 2-5 days

USA: 3-6 days

Other destinations outside Europe 4-7 days

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Currently, Foulon ships to the countries indicated during the checkout process.

Returns and Refunds

You can return any product purchased on Foulon.it within 14 days of delivery by following these simple steps:

1. Make sure all products are in the same condition as you received them, in pristine condition, with their original packaging, unused, unworn, unwashed and/or damaged and with all identification tags and seals attached and intact ;

2. Contact our Customer Service by sending an email to: support@foulon.it requesting the return of the purchased product. You will receive together with the return authorization, the waybill to make the return.

3. Affix the pre-printed label to the original box to cover the original shipping label;

4. Contact our courier no later than 14 days after accepting the return online. You can book your collection request by calling the DHL center in your country. The courier will pick up your package where and when you want.

Alternatively, if you choose to return your product via a different courier, please inform us by contacting our Customer Service in the manner provided on our Website.

If the returned products do not comply with the above conditions, we will not be able to accept your return and refund your payment.

In this case you can still request that the returned product be sent back to you at your expense and in the state and address in which it was initially received, by contacting our Customer Service.

If you live outside the European Union, you will need to print, complete and attach 5 copies of the "return proforma invoice" received by email at the time of purchase, in the transparent outer envelope.

Foulon accessories, gloves and jackets have been conceived and designed to last, resist and age elegantly.

Almost all of our leathers come from waste from the food industry.

All our suppliers are European companies and therefore certified in compliance with the strictest environmental regulations both for tanning and waste disposal.

The leathers and natural fabrics we use are biodegradable and compatible with the environment.

We avoid the use of plastic where possible, our buttons are always of organic origin.

Labels, tags and packaging are made with recycled and/or recyclable materials.

The metal parts can be easily recycled once disassembled.
